Kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. By authorizing the payment to MedicsMP through the online payment service, you have accepted these terms and conditions.

MedicsMP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

It is the user’s responsibility to read the terms and conditions before using our services.

  1. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, online banking or any other digital payment method.
  2. It is the user’s responsibility to make the necessary inquiries about the charges and fees payable against the credit card from the credit card service provider.
  3. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that correct information is entered in the relevant fields.
  4. The customer is advised to take and retain a copy of the transaction, in case of any disputes that may arise.
  5. Customer understands and agrees that his/her personal data including credit card/debit card/online banking details transmitted over the internet may be susceptible to theft, misuse, fraud, and hacking, and MedicsMP or the payment service providers are not responsible for these damages.
  6. MedicsMP or the payment service providers shall not be responsible for any error delay or omission of any data or the transmission of such data or the loss or damage arising from such errors.
  7. Under no circumstances, shall MedicsMP or the payment service providers, its directors, its employees and its third-party agents be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from or in any way connected with the provision of or any inadequacy or deficiency in the provision of the Services or resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of transmissions of data or arising from suspension or termination of the Service.
  8. The customer agrees that the payment details provided by him/her are correct and accurate and the customer shall not use a credit/debit card/bank account that is not lawfully owned by the person or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner.
  9. The customer is responsible for ensuring that sufficient balance is available on the nominated card/bank account at the time of payment, to pay the dues and any applicable fees.
