REFUND POLICY

The monthly subscription charges, once paid by the Clinics/ Hospitals, shall not be refunded.

Fees paid by users are final and non-refundable unless MedicsMP decides otherwise.

Exceptions to this policy are:

1. A payment made by a Patient for a medical appointment but disputed later due to nonperformance on part of the healthcare provider.
2. Payments made directly to the healthcare provider by the Patients.

Patients can dispute the fees paid to the healthcare provider within 72 hours BUT NOT LATER if they have not been provided the service. All payment disputes shall be handled in line with dispute-handling policy.
